There two sites were accordingly sterilised

for developmental purposes, and the gaol site,

on the acquisition of which $395,979 had already

up to

been spent by the Colony by 1929, has since

been incorporated in the aerodrome and reserved

for the sole use of the Air Ministry who paid

the cost.
